Rising "E-Star" Nominated for Prestigious Entrepreneurial Award

JACKSONVILLE, FL –Working Woman Magazine recently announced the nominees for its coveted Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards 2001. Covering seven categories, the awards are given to outstanding female business owners whose companies exemplify the hallmarks of success.

Natalie Hayes, single mother of one and owner of a thriving internet baby shower gift store (www.babygiftidea.com ), was elated at hearing the news of her nomination. "It is so rewarding to be acknowledged in my small corner of the world. Working 16-hour days from home leaves me little time to generate PR for my site, and a nomination from Working Woman Magazine lends so much credibility to what I do."

Nominated by Home-Based Working Moms (www.hbwm.com) organization founder, Lesley Spencer, 27-year-old Hayes will compete at the regional level for an award in one of the following categories: General Excellence, Original Product or Service, Customer Service, Sole Proprietor/Home Based Business, and Overcoming Obstacles. Winners will be announced at the regional awards ceremony in Miami, Florida on February 16, 2001. Those selected will go on to compete at the national level.
